How to read this: Figures are approximate total compensation (base + stocks/RSUs + bonus), in INR lakhs per annum (LPA), for India locations, aggregated from public sources (Levels.fyi, AmbitionBox, Glassdoor). They vary by team, location, and negotiation. These are estimates, not offers — always confirm with the recruiter.
Notes
- Comp structure: most product companies pay base + RSUs (4-yr vesting) + bonus; stock-heavy offers swing with share price.
- HFT/quant (DE Shaw, Tower Research, Graviton) sit at the top and are cash-heavy.
- Location: Bengaluru and Hyderabad usually pay most; NCR (Gurgaon/Noida) is strong for Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, and the Gurgaon HFT firms.
